A new training center has opened in Hamilton Township, as B1st Training Center has provided Central New Jersey with a top-flight facility for athletic performance training.

Housed within Gametime Performance at 435 Route 130 North in Yardville, B1st features world class coaches who maintain degrees in exercise science and hold the highest certifications in the industry. The coaches work with the area’s top athletes in every sport from junior high, high school, college and the pros. One of it’s prized products is Robbinsville High softball pitcher Katie Hunter, who recently threw 39 scoreless innings in pitching the Ravens to a state title.

Every athlete is assessed and individually programmed before being placed into the open floor program. Each program is tailored to the athlete’s needs from warm-up and corrective exercises to postural restoration. The B1st approach is simple movement first. Thanks to instructors understanding the latest and most innovative training techniques, B1st provides a training center “where the exercise may be the same but coaching is the difference.”

The coaches are Kevin Wagner, Andrew Lysy, Derek Kambour and Connor Abreu.
