Crane Topples onto house in Hamilton

On December 27, 2019, Hamilton Police responded to Miry Brook Road (Hamilton), on a partially overturned crane from the Lift Techs Crane and Rigging Company.

The 63,000 lb. tri-axle crane partially overturned onto a residential house while workers were attempting to take down a tree from the rear yard of a residence from the 80 -102 block of Miry Brook Road.  No injuries were reported as of the time of this press release.

Members of the Hamilton Hazmat Team, Hamilton Police and Fire Companies along with Public Service Electric and Gas responded to the scene.  Hamilton Building and Electrical inspectors were also on the scene to assess the damage.
