Execution Victim Found In Hamilton Idendified As Danny Diaz-Delgado

Hamilton police say 20-year-old Danny Diaz-Delgado, of Trenton, was found face down with his hands tied behind his back and tape around his face at Sixth Avenue and Assunpink Boulevard on Saturday around 2 p.m.

Danny Diaz-Delgado was shot in the head, torso and leg, the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office said.

According to authorities, on Mar. 24th at approximately 2 p.m., Hamilton police officers were dispatched to the corner of Sixth Avenue and Assunpink Boulevard on the report of an unconscious and unresponsive male near the canal.

Responding officers located a Hispanic male face down and unresponsive with his hands tied behind his back and tape around his face. Authorities said he was pronounced dead at the scene.
