Fennell, Toomer, Bennett are township honorees at this year’s George Wah Scholar-Leader-Athlete dinner

The Hamilton Township honorees for this year’s 57th Annual George Wah Scholar-Leader-Athlete Awards Dinner got together with their head coaches at the recent media day, sponsored by the Delaware Valley Chapter of the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame. From left to right are recently retired Hamilton coach Tom Hoglen, Hamilton’s Eddie Fennell IV, Steinert’s Tim Toomer, Nottingham coach Jon Adams, Nottingham’s Robbie Bennett and Steinert coach Dan Caruso. Proud product of Hamilton YMCA and Lou Gehrig baseball leagues and former teammate of Jim Maher on a very average Barton & Cooney rec basketball team, Fish graduated from Nottingham Junior High and Steinert High school and has covered township sports since 1980.
