Hamilton 7-11 on Lalor Street Robbed Again making it the 6th Armed Robbery in less than 3 months

A masked gunman robbed the 7-11 store at 599 Lalor St. around 11:30 p.m. this past Wednsesday, Hamilton police said.

This is the 6th 7-11 robbed at gunpoint in less than 3 months. Just two days earlier the 7-11 on South Broad Street was robbed at gunpoint

This latest armed robbery adds to the mounting violent crime wave throughout the township that included a murder last month.

Employees told police a man dressed in a gray hoodie, dark knit hat, black pants, gray shoes, and a mask, entered the store and demanded cash from the registers. He then ran from the store toward Deutz Avenue and Henry Street.
