Hamilton-NB Babe Ruth 14s holding fund-raisers for World Series trip to Virginia

Aug. 1: The Hamilton-Northern Burlington 14-year-old Babe Ruth team is fundraising for its trip to the Babe Ruth World Series in Glen Allen, Va., Aug. 10-17. The fund-raising events will be taking place this week on the following days: 

*Tuesday, Aug. 1:  Anthony’s Pizza Palace on South Broad Street will donate 25 percent of everything sold from take-out, delivery and dine-in with the mention of H-NB 14-year-old Babe Ruth team. This lasts the entire day 

 *Wednesday, Aug. 2: From 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. the players will be selling hot dogs at Selmon’s Shell Station on the corner of Whitehorse Road and Olden Avenues, with all proceeds going to the team

*Thursday, Aug. 3:  From 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the players will be back selling hot dogs at Selmon’s Shell Station on the corner of Whitehorse Road and Olden Avenues, with all proceeds going to the team            

Villa Mannino is offering up to 15 percent of its proceeds all day long with a flyer that is on the Hamilton–NB Babe Ruth website.

*Saturday, Aug. 5: The players will be tagging at Foleys Shop n Bag on Whitehorse Road from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

*Monday, Aug. 7:  Villa Mannino is offering up to 15 percent of its proceeds all day long with a flyer that is on the Hamilton–NB Babe Ruth website.
