Mayor Jeff Martin Updates Public on Coronavirus Actions

Hamilton Township Mayor Jeff Martin was joined by Hamilton School Superintendent Dr. Scott Rocco and various officials at a press conference to update the community about both the towns and the schools handling of the Coronavirus and how it has impacted our township.

Mayor Martin announced that the Hamilton St. Patrick’s Day Parade has been postponed….not canceled, just postponed.

“As of 3 pm on March 12, 2020, there are NO presumptive positive cases in Hamilton Township. However, given the fluid situation, the township is taking the following steps to reduce potential exposure to our residents and employees, stated Martin.”

Martin stated that while there are currently no cases of coronavirus in Hamilton Township, steps are being taken out of caution for residents and first responders.

He thanked the residents and employees of Hamilton Township for their calmness in this current situation.
