Mother’s Day Tradition Continues at Hamilton’s Azalea Festival

Azalea Festival

Over the last quarter century, Hamilton has built a community tradition celebrating Mother’s Day with its annual Azalea Festival.

Taking place on Sunday, May 14, 2017 (Mother’s Day) from 10 am to 4 pm at the beautiful Sayen Botanical Gardens (located at 155 Hughes Drive, Hamilton, NJ 08690), residents and visitors can once again enjoy a magnificent display of over 250,000 flowering bulbs, dogwoods, azaleas, and rhododendron, beautifully landscaped walking paths, fountains, bridges, lakes, gazebos and breathtaking scenery.

Craft and food vendors, along with musical entertainment and children activities will provide fun for the entire family.

Like past years, mothers who visit the historic Sayen House (located inside Sayen Gardens) will receive a free family photograph while supplies last.

“In Hamilton, there is no greater Mother’s Day tradition than our annual Azalea Festival,” says Hamilton Mayor Kelly Yaede. “The celebration brings thousands of our residents and visitors to our community each year and is beloved by all who attend.”

Free event parking is available at Nottingham Fire Company (located at 200 Mercer Street, Hamilton, NJ 08690).
