We will celebrate them, and show that one good deed – in turn – deserves another.
Our first episode features Tom Slater, a man who won his own battle with cancer and continues to fight the good fight for others through a soccer tournament he created called Kickin Cancer.
Kickin’ Cancer began in 2014 after Slater was recovering from lung cancer. He began the tournament as a 5 vs. 5 format with 20 teams, mostly from inside the club. This year, there were 30 teams.
