Police Search for Quick Check Robbery Suspect

On September 17, 2019, at approximately 01:30 hours, Hamilton Police were detailed to the Quick Check at 2695 S. Broad St. on a report of a robbery.

The above-pictured suspect entered the Quick Check and made a small purchase of food. When the cashier opened the cash register, the suspect reached over the sales counter and removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the till and attempted to flee.  After a brief physical altercation with the cashier, the suspect fled the store on foot in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as a light-skinned black male, between 18-22 years old, approximately 5’10” tall, medium build.  The suspect was wearing a black colored hooded sweatshirt, ripped jean shorts, a baseball cap with a sticker on the brim and white sneakers.

Hamilton Police Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the above suspect involved in this incident.
