Road Repairs at Five Points Intersection Wednesday, February 28th could cause traffic issues

Hamilton Township has issued an advisory to motorist that an emergency road repair project under the jurisdiction of Mercer County Government will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at the “Five Points” intersection in Mercerville (at Whitehorse-Mercerville/Quakerbridge Road, Nottingham Way and Edinburg Road).  The project is scheduled to take place between the hours of 9 AM and 3 PM and to conclude that same day.

A series of rotating lane shifts and detours will be used as the road repair project moves throughout different portions of the intersection in order to allow traffic flow to continue.  However, due to expected delays and traffic congestion, motorists may wish to avoid the Mercerville “Five Points” intersection if possible during this time period.
