Route 33 CVS Pharmacy Robbed for Oxy Pills by 3 Armed Men

On Sunday, August 6, 2017 at approximately 11:20 pm, Hamilton officers responded to the CVS Pharmacy located in the 1000 block of Route 33 for a robbery.

Three suspects entered the pharmacy and one suspect demanded Oxycodone from the pharmacist. This suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 20-25 years of age, 5’6”, 140 lbs. with a thin build. He was wearing a black shirt with “thumbs up” in white lettering and a black baseball cap. This suspect showed the pharmacist a black handgun under his shirt located in the suspect’s waistband.

The other suspects were described as Hispanic males, 20-25 years of age, one wearing a black long sleeved shirt with a camouflage baseball cap. The last suspect appeared to be a lookout and was wearing a black shirt with a Panda designer logo and a light colored baseball cap.

The suspects fled the pharmacy with an undisclosed amount of pills, towards Herbert Ave. The suspects possibly entered a black vehicle, unknown make and model, and drove off towards Nottingham Way.
