Hamilton’s Oktoberfest Rescheduled Due to Weekend Weather Forecasts

Due to the weekend weather outlook, Hamilton’s Oktoberfest will be rescheduled to Saturday, October 15th and Sunday, October 16th.

“As excited as we are to kick-off our first-ever Oktoberfest, we want to make sure our community can enjoy the celebration in more favorable weather conditions,” says Hamilton Township Mayor Kelly Yaede.  “So in two weeks, I hope that our entire community will come out to Veterans Park and help us begin this exciting, new tradition.”

Saturday, October 15th’s festivities will begin at 3 PM, with a kick-off concert by the band, The Heartbeats.  Following the performance, a fantastic fireworks display will take place.  In between, residents will be able to enjoy food vendors and kids activities, such as bounce houses.

Sunday, October 16th’s activities will take place from 11 AM to 5 PM and include crafters, fall-themed music, entertainment, hayrides, a hay bale maze, a pumpkin patch, kids rides, a touch-a-truck area, the New Jersey Hall of Fame Mobile Museum, food vendors and more.

Thanks to the support of many local businesses, such as leading event sponsors Hamilton Honda, PNC Bank, Prior Nami Business Systems, Doctors Express and Borden Perlman, the community will be able to enjoy this new, two-day event.
