HTRBA Little League opens District 12 play at home against Florence

June 29: The HTRBA 12-year-old All Stars will begin their District 12 Tournament play Friday, June 30, on their home field at Van Horn Park against Florence. Game time is 8 p.m. The double-elimination event continues through July 9 or 10, depending on whether the “if” game must be played. The entire tournament will be played exclusively at Nottingham Little League beginning July 1 through to the championship game.

Rich Fisher has been around the Hamilton Township sports scene for so long that he actually got Rich Giallella’s autograph when Giallella was still a player! Proud product of Hamilton YMCA and Lou Gehrig baseball leagues and former teammate of Jim Maher on a very average Barton & Cooney rec basketball team, Fish graduated from Nottingham Junior High and Steinert High school and has covered township sports since 1980.
