A man was murdered just minutes from the Hamilton Police station at the Society Hill complex which is located on Cypress Lane off of Whitehorse Road.

Cypress Lane was blocked off at the intersection of Bordeaux Drive, which leads into the Society Hill housing complex, as police guarded a shooting scene that left a man dead.

Sources told the Trentonian that the victim was shot several times in the chest and was pronounced dead at the Hospital.
