Steinert grad Harvell sets Ramapo’s all-time goalie saves record

Steinert graduate Lizzy Harvell has put her name in the Ramapo College record books.

On Monday, Oct. 21, Harvell made 11 saves in the Roadrunners’ 1-1 tie with Rutgers-Newark. Her 10th was a history-maker, as it set the program’s career record for saves with 348.

The senior has made 80 saves this year for a .714 saves percentage. She is a four-year starter in goal and has a 2.55 goals-against average and .699 save percentage along with 7 shutouts.  As a sophomore she earned NJAC Honorable Mention All-Conference.

Another Spartan is also helping Ramapo’s cause this season, as senior Kaelyn Angelucci has two goals and two assists.
