Jen Smith and Felipe Bargo talk about Steinert’s successful swim season

Steinert completed the team portion of its swim season Monday when the Spartan boys fell to Jackson Memorial, 100-70, in a Central Jersey Group B first-round meet. Felipe Bargo won the 200 free and 500 free while Christian Devine took first in the 100 breast.

Bargo, who has qualified for the NJSIAA state individual meet, and coach Jen Smith talked about the Spartans season and Felipe’s chances at states.

Unknown to Fish4scores during this interview, it was the final meet for Smith, who announced on Facebook she was stepping down as head coach.
