Video: Fink, Midura discuss Northstars progress after first-round state win

In front of a packed house, the Nottingham girls soccer team coasted to victory 6-1 over West Windsor-Plainsboro North.

Northstar sophomore sensation Gia Girman scored 5 of the six goals on the day.  Girman has now logged 50 goals.

But Girman’s success has been thanks to an overall team effort that helped a turnaround in the Nottingham Girls Soccer program giving them 13 wins on the season.

Rich Fisher sat down to chat with Nottingham Girls Soccer head coach Christie Fink and midfielder Emily Midura to discuss their opening win  in the tournament.
